As the name suggests, stir-fry sauce is a sauce that you use to flavoursrr your stir-fry dishes. In a lot of Chinese cooking, we love to use different types of sauces for a dish because you really can’t get the roundness of flavoursrr with just salt and sugar. One of my favorite sauces is Stir Fry Sauce. This sauce can be used in place for oyster sauce. The oyster sauce is made from oyster juices, soy sauce and sugar. The oyster juices are then reduced to a sauce, and the sauce is thickened using cornstarch. Each brand uses their own recipe and technique to make this sauce.
